I started off inside Red Hat as owner of the aic7xxx driver in the linux kernel and owner of the Red Hat hardware certification test suite. I moved from there to scsi mid layer tech lead, then to MD raid stack tech lead, then to RDMA stack tech lead (both kernel and user space), then to upstream maintainer of the RDMA stack in the linux kernel and the user space libibverbs and rdma-core packages.
