BOF: Open Hardware
Session information has not yet been published for this event.
One Line Summary
Come talk about royalty Free SOC/processor designs and FPGA development.
Abstract
We’ll be demoing the Open Processor Foundation’s j2 SOC and walking people through Xilinx VHDL FPGA tool setup on some numato mimas v2 boards, but if you’d rather talk about RISC-V or OpenSPARC or OpenRISC or the $9 CHIP computer or CERN’s Open Hardware Repository, or insist that verilog, clash, chisel, and myhdl are all better hardware languages than each other, the floor’s open.
