Expand Linux kernel to include more Xen PV drivers (PCI pass through)

One Line Summary

Make Linux running as PV guest under Xen work with PCI pass-through devices.

Intel and AMD both are providing a IOMMU that understand virtualization. This is currently being utilized for HVM Linux guests (and also for Microsoft guests), and can also be used for Linux PV guests. The patches are ready – and are slowly being posted upstream for review – but are we doing everything right to get them accepted?
